Angela Cates, OD

In the 5th grade, Angie did a science fair project on the eye and decided she wanted to be an optometrist one day! She has been blessed for the last 12 years to be doing the job she desired so long ago! She loves to care for patients, working with infants through the elderly. She especially enjoys getting to know her patients and meeting their eye care needs with glasses, contact lenses or special testing, as it is needed. She is here to give you the best eye care in a caring, loving environment.
Angie grew up in the small town of Millersburg, Ohio. She attended Capital University and then IU for Optometry School, receiving her degree in 2002. While at IU Angie met Travis and they were married in 2000. They moved to Centerville in 2002 and in 2005 they had twins, Chase and Marissa. They love being involved with their children’s activities, often found in the stands or on the field of various ball games and Angie is even known to dance a little. She loves to sing, cook, read and be involved at First United Methodist Church.
**God has blessed us with a great opportunity to provide eye care at our own practice and we look forward to helping you**
